Last Week Tonight may be on hiatus, but that’s not going to stop John Oliver from stopping by YouTube to give us all a lesson in what words mean.

After looking at the headlines of articles written about his show, John has decided that “the internet does not know how to describe things anymore.” To demonstrate the difference between what he actually does and what we say he does, he gave a figurative, verbal teardown, and then a literal one. His target? That scourge on children’s birthday parties, the piñata.
