Good news, folks, there was some TV last night that wasn’t the Oscars. Unlike some of the more weak-ass channels (Showtime, I’m looking in your general direction), HBO decided to step up like a boss and take on the awards show. Lucky for us that they did because we finally got that long promised pony sidekick. Sort of.

OK, that’s not the crime-solving pony we were expecting. But in recognition of his continued work on Calling Out Bullshit That We Can’t Believe Women Still Have To Deal With, I’d like to present Oliver with this Meryl Streep.
