You have to appreciate that Michelle Obama is willing to brave the Fox News pundits, who are probably already ranting that she’s diminishing the position of First Lady, by appearing in an incredibly juvenile SNL-like sketch with Jimmy Fallon and Will Ferrell, who are decked out in drag as teenage girls. The message Michelle Obama is not so subtly trying to get across with a sledgehammer and kale chips: That we should eat healthier and exercise.

She goes all out: Making the eww face, mugging for the camera, and joining in the dance party, and she looks goddamn gorgeous doing so.
