Did 'The Lego Movie' Predict Donald Trump's Political Platform?

Yes. The answer is yes. The hate-fueled platform and clueless proclamations from the Republican nightmare-turned-presumptive nominee have seemed like the stuff of cartoon villainy for a while now. However, it wasn’t until the totally charming Lego Movie came on TV this past weekend, that the similarities between two furious, conformist, tyrants with confoundingly bad hair came into focus for us.

WTF hair. Walls. Red ties. Tacos.
