Bryan Fuller's 'Hannibal'-Themed PETA Ad Is Just As Beautifully Creepy As You'd Expect

In an interview earlier this year, Bryan Fuller told EW that making Hannibal made him “realize that human beings and other animals have more similarities than differences.”

It had a direct impact on how I view meat and what I put in my body. Eating another sentient being is no different than eating another human being, in my mind. The trauma of Hannibal cuts both ways.

Given those feelings, it’s not surprising that Fuller would be open to making an ad for PETA. Most of you probably have some strong feelings about that organization— probably not super positive ones either— and either you eat meat or you don’t, and a commercial isn’t going to change your mind about that. But none of that matters, because this commercial is most likely the closest we’re ever going to get to a fourth season of Hannibal. Plus, it’s got major Gillian Anderson cleavage and is crazy creepy. Enjoy the human food porn!
