A Deepfake Answers the Question: 'What If the Harry Potter Films Were American?'

I know, I know, I’m sorry! Another deepfake. I promise I’ll take another extended break after this one. I just can’t help it when one this good falls into my lap. Because just like that Elon Musk/Miley Cyrus one, this deepfake is not one of those technically brilliant ones. This is one of those ridiculous ones that just makes me laugh. It’s a simple premise: What if the Harry Potter films were filled with American actors, instead of British ones. It’s my favourite Harry Potter thing since that bot was fed all the books and asked to come up with a new entry in the series and it came up with lines like: ‘Ron’s Ron shirt was just as bad as Ron himself’. Here’s ‘what if Harry Potter was American’ (even though some might say we already had the answer to that):
