Good news, everyone! There has been some awesome announcements and tantalizing teasers dropped this week. Some of which has gotten overshadowed by Justice League and Good News news. So in this round-up, we’ve gathered the great things that are coming soon and some that we’re happy to wait for.

Fans crushed by the news that Netflix had canceled Tuca And Bertie have reason to rejoice. Adult Swim has picked up Lisa Hanawalt’s brilliant cartoon series, promising a second season in 2021. So, we’ll have more adventures of this animated odd couple to look forward to!

The Muppets are back! Disney+ announced a new Muppets series, which will hit their streaming service on July 31. Over six episodes, Muppets Now features Kermit and the gang. However, it’s centered on Scooter, as he rushes to make his delivery deadlines and upload the brand-new Muppet series for streaming. He’ll need to navigate whatever obstacles, distractions, and complications the rest of the Muppet gang throws at him.

If you love Jon Stewart, you’ll be delighted to learn his next directorial effort, Irresistible, is coming to On Demand on June 26. Starring Steve Carell, Rose Byrne, and Chris Cooper, this political comedy follows a Democratic strategist as he helps a retired veteran run for mayor of a small, conservative Midwest town.

Also coming June 26: Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams headline Eurovision Song Contest: The Story Of Fire Saga. The annual European competition might have been canceled this year, but it lives on in this musical comedy. Get a feel for the fun with this teaser track, “Volcano Man.”

Good news for horror fans comes in threes!

First up, Blumhouse Television has teamed up with NBC News Studios to turn the Dateline NBC podcast The Thing About Pam into a scripted limited series. The story centers on the 2011 murder of Betsy Faria, who was found dead in her home by her husband, who was initially investigator’s primary suspect. However, the podcast’s title might tip you off to the curious figure who might actually be a killer: the last person to see Betsy alive, Pam Hupp. After hearing this announcement, I binged the whole series. So, I can assure you this will be one wild, scary show.

Blumhouse also has horror-lovers buzzing over the first look deal they just inked with scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis. The Halloween star will make her feature directorial debut with Mother Nature, a horror film about climate change. Curtis said of deal, “I’m 61 and my motto now is: ‘If not now, when, if not me, who?’”

Finally, IFC Midnight has unveiled the first teaser for Relic. The directorial debut of Natalie Erika James, this spooky offering earned rave reviews out of Sundance, and was expected to slay at SXSW 2020. But fear not, festival cancellations haven’t thwarted this haunted house story, which stars Emily Mortimer, Bella Heathcote, and Robyn Nevin. It’s hitting VOD on July 10th. And you can get a taste of its unique brand of terror below:
