Squirrel friends Trixie Mattel and Katya are back in the hot seat to watch and review another Netflix offering. First, it was The Crown. Then, it was The Knight Before Christmas. Now, the RuPaul’s Drag Race all-stars cozy up for Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings.

The country icon is an executive producer on her titular series, which takes her classic songs as the jumping-off point to spin stories that’ll pluck at your heartstrings. Season one offers eight episodes and eight songs, including, “Jolene,” “These Old Bones,” and “Two Doors Down.” Parton stars in the series along with Delta Burke, Julianne Hough, Melissa Leo, and Kathleen Turner.

So what did our favorite free-wheeling queens make of Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings’ episode “Two Doors Down”? Check out the latest episode of “I Like To Watch” to find out.

Heavy-handed metaphors, pussy-pink nails, and a gay couple facing Southern-friend homophobia? What’s not to love! Plus, these queens spill the tea on manspreading, wedding nonsense, and why late-night shooting isn’t the BEST bonding activity.
