Lenny Hochstein, estranged husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, is engaged to the woman he left his wife for.

“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever,” Katharina Mazepa wrote in the caption of a joint post with her new fiancé.

Lisa and Lenny Hochstein were married for 12 years before Lenny surprised his wife with a divorce filing in May 2022. The dissolution of their marriage was captured on season 5 of RHOM, when Lenny had an embarrassing hot mic moment. While talking to a recently single friend off camera at a party his wife had to harass him to attend, he whispered, “In a couple of months, I might be single, too.” Well, he wasn’t single for long.

“Congrats to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement,” Lisa wrote in an Instagram story after seeing the post. Lisa is also dating someone new but hopefully has the good sense to not get engaged to him until the divorce is final.

Lenny, a plastic surgeon, has a bit of a Pygmalion streak—he likes to craft his women into real-life sex dolls. Lisa has even admitted that she became addicted to facial fillers while married to Lenny because of how “readily available” they were. So, we’ll see how long it takes him to get bored of this latest love after he pumps her full of injectibles, too.
