One of the best things about adopting Jensen Ackles as my new man crush (sorry, Double-R) is all that great content he provides, especially now that he’s shooting season 3 of The Boys, where he will play Soldier Boy, sporting a beard only Ackles can pull off.

Meanwhile, as Soldier Boy — the (probably racist?) Captain America of The Boys universe — Ackles will soon participate in the Herogasm escapades (a superhero orgy), and the man’s gotta get fit for it. Here he is engaged in what I assume is The Boys’ version of the Marvel diet/workout regimen, which I assume means 20 minutes of lifting weights followed by the Voight Burger.
