Community (Grade: A-). Amazing episode, and amazing despite the fact that it didn’t really genre riff (except on fairy tales) or employ a gimmick, which is typically what “Community” does best. The episode would’ve been outstanding without it, but the karaoke montage sent it to “Community” manna.
Parks and Recreation Grade: A-. Another fantastic episode, rife with great one-liners, the return of Tom Haverford to the P&R department, and the possible rekindling of Chris and Ann’s relationship. Oh, and Ben and Leslie are almost even cuter when they’re arguing.
The Office Grade: C. The band subplot didn’t do much for me, and the “Is the temp hot?” subplot got plain f*cking creepy, riding off the rails around the time that Dwight kept stumbling in an effort to touch Jim’s penis.
