Survivor on CBS at 8:00pm ET. You know, a totally deserted island doesn’t sound like the worst place to be right now. A “deserted” island populated by a bunch of reality show participants and TV crew, not so much.

Forged in Fire on History at 9:00pm ET.

Motherland: Fort Salem on Freeform at 9:00pm ET.

Eating History on History at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. This is a new show where two guys go “on a quest to uncover, unbox, and eat the old and unique foods that have survived history” the goal is to find out “why some foods have stood the test of time.” I’m assuming the answer is that they taste good and/or are easy to make? The title made me think it might be more along the lines of The Supersizers Go series the BBC had years ago that was great in that it featured Sue Perkins and a little disappointing in that it also featured Giles Coren.

Stumptown on ABC at 10:00pm ET. First season finale. No word on a second season, so here’s hoping we leave Dex in a good place!
