Doctors of All Ages on Thursday Nights

Grey’s Anatomy on ABC at 8:00pm ET. Will Meredith Grey lose her medical license? It’d be a bold move for the show to take it there since it’s a pretty serious thing and not something doctors can usually come back from to my knowledge?

The Unicorn on CBS at 8:31pm ET.

The Good Place on NBC at 9:00pm ET.

Carol’s Second Act on CBS at 9:30pm ET. This is a new series where 50 year-old Carol Kenney, played by Patricia Heaton, who has decided to try to become a doctor now that her children are all grown. Incidentally, Grey’s Anatomy did a version of this several seasons ago, with a very old surgical intern that a lot of patients assumed was the doctor. Then he had a massive heart attack, was saved by the surgeons of Seattle Grace, decided that his dead wife had inspired him to be there so that his life could be saved, and quit the program immediately. I think this show will not take that route.

Evil on CBS at 10:00pm ET.
