Jimmy and Gretchen Live Out Every Suburban Dad's Fantasy in the New 'You're the Worst' Promo

You’re the Worst returns to FXX with its third season on August 31st, the week before the debuts of Pamela Adlon’s new series with Louis C.K., Better Things, and Donald Glover’s new FX series, Atlanta.

Ahead of You’re the Worst’s debut, FXX has released the first promo for season three, which sees Jimmy and Gretchen living out what is at least my fantasy: Destroying a minivan, which I assume means season three will see the two continuing to rebel against the idyllic suburban lives with children, daycare, scheduled workdays, and regular meals.

I live that idyllic life, and it’s exhausting but great, except for the minivan. That minivan can go straight to hell. I may be forced to drive around in a minivan until my children attend college, but I will never, ever stop loathing it, because when I do, it means that I have died inside.
