Kristen Wiig newest comedy is about a woman with Borderline Personality Disorder who wins the lottery and decides to use her winnings to fund a TV show all about her. The trailer is below, and we are really stretching the definition of “comedy” here. Like, if you took all the darkest parts of Bridesmaids and made them even more bleak.

So, yeah. This seems like the kind of movie it would take me a full three tries to get through, though I have no doubt that Wiig will do an amazing job in the role. And the supporting cast includes James Marsden, Linda Cardellini, Wes Bentley, Joan Cusack, and Tim Robbins, so there’s a lot of talent all around her. The movie will open May 1st, so you have some time to mentally prepare yourself.
