Here is the trailer for The Big Sick, which was written by Emily Gordon and her husband Kumail Nanjiani, who also stars in the movie. The film is based on their real-life courtship. Michael Showalter directs, Ray Romano stars, along with Holly Hunter and Zoe Kazan.

I’m not sure what what else to say about this trailer, except that it’s really great, and you should all go see it.

I should be in marketing.

But seriously, the trailer sells itself.

The Big Sick opens limited in June and goes wide in July, which is about the time that you’re all going to be so exhausted with big-budget actions movies that The Big Sick is going to feel like a salve.
