Was it really only yesterday that we relived the romance and confusion between The Office’s Jim and Pam, and real life actors John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer? Anyway, in unrelated news, take a look at this conveniently timed teaser trailer for A Quiet Place, co-written, directed by and starring Krasinski with, for the first time, his wife — Emily “Practically Julie Andrews” Blunt.

It’s clearly a horror film, so that may be of some comfort to Ms. Fischer. The plot has been kept pretty hush hush until now (HAHA GET IT?!) but what we can glean from the trailer is that a family is living in quiet solitude in the woods… because their survival depends on it. Krasinski dons his best beard while the family uses sign language and plays board games. But that giant scratch on the wall is a big clue that not all is as it seems in this idyllic setting.

Krasinski re-wrote the spec script from Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, and the film will be released April 6, 2018.
