Interested in paying $14 to see a 90 second trailer? If so, the good people at Regal Entertainment Group are here to make your dreams come true.
According to their website, the first trailer for J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens will debut in select U.S. theaters this weekend (swallow a lightsaber, Canada). Only nine theaters are listed right now, but at least they’re located in major metropolitan areas like Chicago, New York, and Warrenton, Pennsylvania.
What movie has the trailer attached? That’s for Regal to know, and you to find out. They recommend purchasing a ticket to all 22 films at the megaplex to ensure you don’t go home with nerd tears streaming down your tri-focals.
Just kidding. The trailer will play in front of every movie from November 28th-November 30th. Abandon your families and enjoy.
Update: Starwars.com revealed the full list of theaters showing the trailer. Quite a few more than the original nine.
