According to Deadline, Maria Maggenti has been hired to write the screenplay for the Dirty Dancing remake. She also wrote the Selena Gomez pic, Monte Carlo. Baby is not in good hands.

According to AICN (via Slashfilm), Bruce Boxleitner, the title character in the TR0N films has confirmed that there will be a third one and that it will be released in 2013.
