Motherfrakking Gotopus Jackasses. Why in the hell, “True Blood”, would you hand such an important role to a moody ass singer? I am so sick and tired of shows being ruined by dumb ass stunt casting like this and by now, don’t we know that singers can’t act? Hello Madonna? Sting? Have we learned nothing?

Alan Ball has declared Season 4 the Season of the witch. Hallow/Marnie is an important character taken directly from Charlaine Harris’ pages; this role should have been filled by a seasoned actress with some presence and gravitas. It should be someone we can take seriously, not a frakking witchy-wanna-be. Let me guess - she’s going to hook up with Eric? So we’re going to take the barest hint of a character from the books, turn her into some ethereal, floaty version of a witch and what’s she going to do, give Sookie a poisoned apple? Frak you “True Blood” and frak this piece of shit scrap of news. I mean just look at this bitch, clearly she got this part because of her looks:

Wait. What? Er…please stand by.

Okay, so apparently there has been some kind of mistake. I mean, I guess I got confused. Fiona Shaw. Hallow Stonebrook/Marnie, the psychic who is overcome by the spirit of a witch will be played by the accomplished stage and screen actress, Fiona Shaw (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone/Chamber of Secrets/Prisoner of Azkaban/Order of the Phoenix, My Left Foot ). Well now, that’s better, isn’t it?
