For those of you who didn’t know already, Matthew Perry will have a multi-episode arc on “The Good Wife” starting on March 25th, which is fantastic news. I think the man is actually a better wiseacre dramatic actor than he was a smart-ass comedic one (see his turn on “The West Wing” and “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.”) With Josh Charles’ character on the sidelines right now, I hope Perry can weasel his way in as a love interest for Alicia, although word is he’s playing a lawyer with “less than honorable motivations.” If I’m not mistaken, that describes 90 percent of all lawyers. Anyway, during the arc, Perry — who we haven’t seen since his mediocre comedy, Mr. Sunshine, last year — will also unveil the salt-and-pepper.
He’s not the first “Friends” alum, of course, to show off his gray hair. Matt LeBlanc — who it turns out, was dying his hair during the waning years of “Friends” — has also let the grey show through in “Episodes,” which is a show that should be fantastic, but it’s not. For such an awesome concept, and one in which LeBlanc plays himself, it is terrifyingly dull. This is what he looks like these days.
Nice as it looks on both of the gentlemen, it’s nigh impossible to top the Clooney.
