MTV has announced that Transparent’s creator Jill Soloway is teaming up with a couple of broads (different broads) from the internet for a new show about super powers and feminism.

The Untitled Friedman, Skidmore Project is about two young girls who meet at summer camp and bond over their passion for second-wave feminism. During a wild night in the forest, both girls are struck by lightning and their friendship, power and destiny is fatefully sealed. Ten years later, they romp around town hell-bent on saving all of womankind (if only they could save themselves first).
As awesome as that sounds… it’ll be on MTV. Which means I probably will not watch it. But I am all for Jill Soloway doing absolutely ANYTHING, so let’s call this one a win for humanity.

The two women, by the way, are Lyle Friedman and Ashley Skidmore, who have web series called #Hotmessmoves.
