—Maleficent is getting a sequel, and Linda Woolverton, who wrote the original, is attached. Angelina Jolie hasn’t officially signed on, but she’s being kept “in the loop.”
—Boardwalk Empire’s Jack Huston has dropped out as the lead of the remake of The Crow, reportedly due to scheduling issues. Forest Whitaker has joined the cast, which is never a bad thing for a movie. Ever.
