John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky, the co-creators of Silicon Valley are working on a new show for NatGeo. While National Geographic may not seem the likeliest host for your new favorite show, take a gander at the synopsis.

History of the World promises to use sketch comedy, animation, puppetry, documentary and archival footage to explore weighty questions such as how the world came about, the evolution of man and the origins of spirituality, money, leisure time, sports, hygiene and entertainment. It’s slated for a fall premiere.

Mel Brooks jokes aside, this show sounds badass. I’ve always wanted puppets to teach me about history. I think the lack of puppets in the field is the sole reason why I know so little about history. I have only one requirement for this show, and then I am in, 100%.

There must be AT LEAST one episode on the history of the dick joke.
