Pixar, which hasn’t made an outright phenomenal film since Disney bought it (meanwhile, a Walt Disney Animation Studios and Jennifer Lee have been running circles around Pixar) has decided to say “f*ck it, let’s trot out another installment of our best and most profitable movies” by making a fourth Toy Story film, to which even Sid Phillips is banging his head with concern.
Very few details are known about the fourth film, except that it will be released in 2014 and John Lasseter will direct. while it’s easy to be pessimistic about the prospect of another Toy Story flick, let’s be honest: We’re all going to watch it, and chances are, it’ll gonna be marvelous. We are hopeless under the spell of Tom Hanks.
