It's Just Awful What's Happening to These Poor Men Accused of Sexual Misconduct
After six women — including actress Illeana Douglas — accused Les Moonves of sexual misconduct, as detailed a month and a half ago in a Ronan Farrow exposé, Les Moonves looks like he’s finally on his way out as CEO of CBS. And what can we learn from Moonves’ experience? That you can harass multiple women and walk away from your job with a reported $100 million settlement and never have to work again.
How will he ever recover? The poor guy is going to have to limit his yacht purchases from here on out! He’s going to have to pinch those
pennies million dollar bills during his retirement years.
Meanwhile, the agent that Terry Crews accused of groping him is also finally exiting his agency, WME, nearly a year after Terry Crews lodged his allegations. An investigation revealed that this was not an isolated incident, but rather part of a pattern. He was not fired, however. He was suspended for a month and demoted. Ten months later, he’s leaving, rather than being forced out. His clients included Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, Kevin James, Rob Lowe, Shawn Levy, Steve Martin, Sylvester Stallone, Vince Vaughn, Brett Ratner, and Dustin Hoffman, many of the names we’ve seen surface on several occasions linked to #MeToo allegations.
