Jack Huston Might Be Our New Doctor Strange

According to This Is Infamous (via Uproxx), Jack Huston, aka our beautiful half-faced weirdo Richard Harrow from Boardwalk Empire, is now in the running to play Doctor Strange. I don’t think I have to tell you that I approve.

TII maintains that, despite Marvel saying otherwise, Jon Hamm was truly the main contender for the role. But, in a world where the Hammaconda refuses to give us his gift (not that gift—that gift he’s ALWAYS giving us), Jack Huston is a perfect solution:

Huston certainly fits what Marvel typically looks for in their leads - he’s known, but he’s not a star. He’s in the right age range - 31, to be exact - that he can be around the MCU for awhile, and his age won’t really become a factor for the character. Plus, while his star may be on the rise, it’s still in its infant stages, so he fits right into their budgetary approach, which is to typically get people before they’re in demand and then make them hot from their inclusion in the MCU.

I hope this works out, because I want this guy to blow up like Babette’s Supper Club. I’m still not over this though. Sniffle.
