The cast of Disney’s live-action version of Beauty and the Beast have gathered in London to begin shooting the film this week. Directed by Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, Twilight: Breaking Dawn), the movie is expected to be released in 2017, and based on the box-office returns of Cinderella, you can expect huge business from the live-action Beauty and the Beast.
Josh Gad has posted a selfie from some of the cast on Instagram, but if you wondering who will be playing all the principal parts in the film, check out the casting lineup below.
Belle (Emma Watson)
Gaston (Luke Evans)
Beast (Dan Stevens)
Plumette (Gugu Mbatha-Raw)
Le Fou (Josh Gad)

Meanwhile, Ian McKellen has written about the first read through of the live-action Beauty and the Beast. He’s obviously very excited.
