If you’re chomping at the bit to get a glimpse of Hamilton but aren’t going to be in NYC any time soon, there’s a little bit of sweet release for you. Show creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda has confirmed that the cast will be performing “Alexander Hamilton” at this year’s Grammy awards.

“”We’re going to do the opening number, scream with joy, and then celebrate the fact that we were just on the Grammys. Best night ever,” Miranda told USA Today.

This will be the first time that the cast from the show has performed live for a televised audience, so grab your fellow revolutionary ruffians get ready to enjoy Hamilton live for you. It’s not like you were ever gonna watch the Tony Awards anyway.

The Grammy Awards will air live at 8pm ET on Monday, February 16th on CBS.
