Dark Horse Comics has been publishing the Star Wars comics for years, but they’ve just had the license pulled because Disney wants to hand the franchise over to Marvel for business reasons. The thing’s being rebooted on January 15th, and let’s face it, will probably suck, because that’s just how moves like this always end up playing out. Maybe they’ll bring in Rob Liefeld to draw some fucking pouches and the smallest feet you’ve seen outside of a Chinese footbinding factory.

But good news everybody!

Dark Horse has decided that since they only have the property for a few more days, they’re going out with style by having the biggest sale this side of a Big and Tall warehouse. Everything’s on sale! Big books, little books, crazy books, sad books, smelly books. If it’s got a light saber, it’s on sale.

How on sale? How about every Star Wars comic ever for $300 digitally? Almost 600 comics, spanning over twenty years. If you got it in physical form, that’d take up about a hundred of those standard sized graphic novel trade paperbacks. That thunk you heard from the other room was your eBook reader of choice getting a sci-fi erection you could pound nails with.

The sale only lasts until midnight of December 31st, and can be found on Dark Horse’s website.
