I broke my self-imposed Deadpool 2 trailer embargo to watch this, so you know it has to be good. Like Smuckers, but stickier and less family-friendly.
You get a bit of a teaser to start with some X-Force auditions before a proper trailer begins. If you’ve seen the proper trailer portion, you’re welcome for this chance to see it again for the first time that’s the second time. Here we have three lovely 30-second clips that played during AMC’s The Walking Dead last night. It’s better than nothing when you’re talking Deadpool.
Sadly, no X-Force interviews.
Sure, now I know more about the plot, I’ve seen some pieces of the scenes, and won’t be surprised in other places, but let’s be real: I’m probably watching this bitch twice on opening night like it did its predecessor. It really doesn’t matter in the long run if I watch the trailers or not, because I’ll be memorizing every line and then buying the Blu-ray to let my kid watch it and memorize every line with me.
Because I’m a good parent, but I’m an even gooder Deadpool fan.
Deadpool 2: You Could Have Gone With Electric Shootaloo will finally be in theaters on May 18, and I am unable to contain my unbridled enthusiasm and excitement.
