Ever since Crazy Ex-Girlfriend premiered and we all realized how overwhelmingly great it was, fans of the show have been a little on edge. We’ve been burdened with that fear of finding something you love, and being sure it was going to be taken from you. Because as over-the-top, joyously fun and smart that show is, the ratings are still abysmal. So while we love the show, there’s been a bittersweet sadness underlying that love, since we’ve all been pretty sure it’s just going to get cancelled. I would also imagine these piecemeal increases might make it difficult for a show to establish its ideal rhythm. How can you plan a satisfying arc when you don’t know how many episodes you have? So sure, it could be better. But since we were all pretty close to positive Crazy Ex-Girlfriend might not even be given the chance to finish out its existing run, this news, by comparison, is pretty much…
