  • Transformers: Age of Extinction will be the first in a whole new trilogy of the series. That means at least six more hours of mostly indistinguishable robots fighting each other. I guess Grimlock will be fairly recognizable.

  • Allegiant, the third book of the Divergent trilogy, will be split into two movies, because of course it is. I blasted through the first two books in the series but couldn’t make it a quarter of the way through the third. I have no clue how they will stretch out something so boring into two movies.
  • The Sinister Six movie will be directed by Drew Goddard (Cabin in the Woods). There is no release date but producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach say that they plan to humanize the villains that make up Spider-Man’s greatest foes.
  • Ryan Reynolds stars in The Voices. He plays a disturbed man named Jerry that believes his cat is trying to make him into a serial killer while his dog is against the idea. Gemma Arterton, Anna Kendrick, and Ella Smith play co-workers that Jerry tried to romantically intertwine himself with, but they rejected him.

  • Finally, Entertainment Tonight shared a teaser for the upcoming trailer of Gone Girl. Butt-kissing voiceover notwithstanding, it does look to be an intense film.
