I haven’t watched the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens yet, because it’s one of those things I guess I want to watch with my kid for the first time, because I have found the entire thrilling Star Wars experience to be even more enjoyable through the eyes of a child.

John Boyega and Daisy Ridley, both 23, aren’t that far removed from their own childhoods, and to be able to watch the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer and see themselves in it?

I think you’ll understand why they reacted the way they reacted.
