Jon Hamm Steals All the Thunder in a Hilarious, Cameo-Filled Star Wars 'SNL' Sketch

We’ll have the full recap of SNL up later this morning (and it’s a great episode), but first, we had to get this sketch up ASAP.

It’s a familiar pre-taped sketch, where various cast members come out and do impressions of other celebrities screen testing for a big movie, in this case Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Typically, this sketch just gives cast members an excuse to trot out a few impressions, but this one is different because 1) the real J.J. Abrams introduces it; 2) the real Daisy Ridley and John Boyega (the stars of Force Awakens are in it; and Emma Stone, Michael Buble, and Jon Hamm play themselves screen-testing for The Force Awakens.

It’s gold, and believe it or not, only the second best sketch of the night.
