Cold Open — The best cold open in years, thanks in large part to Larry David playing Bernie Sanders. Watch here. (Score: 9/10)

Monologue — Morgan’s amusing, self-deprecating monologue dovetails into a 30 Rock “clip” that brings back Baldwin, Tina Fey, Jane Krakowski, and Jack McBrayer and it is terrific for sentimental reasons (it’s funny, too). (Score: 9/10)

Family Feud — I will never get tired of Kenan Thompson playing Steve Harvey, and they up the ante by pitting an ex-wife (Leslie Jones) against her ex-husband (Morgan) and his new family. Terrific. (7/10)

Brian Fellow’s Safari Planet — Morgan brings back a character from his SNL days, and you know what? Morgan hasn’t lost a goddamn step. “I’M BRIAN FELLOWS.” The sketch is even better for the camel getting in the shot. (Score: 7.5/10)

Fake Cocaine — I don’t know what to say about this, except that it’s a wonderful fake ad for fake cocaine and fake poop spray. (Score: 6.5/10)

Weekend Update — The rest of the show’s momentum has even carried into “Update,” where Jost and Che appear to be having more fun than they’ve ever had doing “Update” together. (Score: 8/10)

Tina Fey — Fey comes on to cover Playboy’s decision not to include nude women anymore, and after she does an arm butt, she shows us her Playboy centerfold poses and you know what? She may be joking around, but there’s a reason Tina Fey is a Pajiba 10 Hall of Famer. (Score: A Billion Tina Fey Centerfolds)

Che’s Neighbor Willie — Willie comes out and gives some sad Halloween stories with his usual positive, upbeat style. He ends up performing a perfectly Tracy Morgan-like song with Tracy Morgan that includes the line “doo doo pie.” (Score: 7 out of 10 doo doo pies (the good kind!))

Tracy Morgan’s Musical Nonsense — A musical number that exist for no other reason than for Morgan to spout nonsense in song. I’m cool with that. (Score: 6/10)

The Standoff — A pre-taped segment that only works with Morgan, but it really works with Morgan. SNL is not supposed to be this good this late in the night. (Score: 7/10)

Yo! Where Jackie Chan at Right Now? — A silly, completely idiotic, nonsensical sketch devoted to one question: Where Jackie Chan at? It’s inane as hell, and for some reason, tonight it works. (Score: 7/10)

The Martian Parody — I refuse to spoil the joke, except to say that it’s perfect. It’s not even that funny, but it is perfect. (Score 10/10)
