I’ve always lived with someone. I’ve lived in London my entire life, and London prices being what they are that’s meant that I’ve always needed at least one—and more often than not—many more housemates in order to simply survive somewhere. As a result, I’ve gotten to know my fair share of terrible roommates. Reddit had a similar topic on its mind the other day, when it asked the question: ‘What’s the weirdest thing you’ve discovered about your partner only after moving in together?’ Roommate foibles can be incredibly annoying, of course, but there’s naturally extra intensity to the peculiarities that come with a partner.
