One of my absolute favourite subreddits on Reddit is r/SweatyPalms. It’s…pretty much exactly what it sounds like. On there you’ll find anything that makes your palms naturally grease up with anxiety. ‘r/ClenchedButt’ would be another appropriate name for it. But, look, don’t take my word for it.
