Yesterday, Bloomberg reported on a non-scandal by revealing that President Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, performed the duties of her job by unmasking some of the names of Trump associates picked up incidentally while speaking to foreign officials. I hate this story so much because of how easily the Republicans are twisting it to imply something nefarious.

Give Mike Cernovich credit - Without MSM's rich resources @Cernovich broke the story of the year about Obama & Susan Rice's illegal spying!!

I hate the story even more because I am 80 percent positive that the policies allowing our national security apparatus to monitor the phone calls of foreigners were passed by George W. Bush and the Republicans post-9/11. President Obama was probably using surveillance tools made possible by Republicans to spy on Muslims suspected of being terrorists, and yes: Obama relaxed the rules in 2011 to make it easier to collect evidence to fight terrorism, but now the Republicans are angry because their fucking guy got caught up in it. You just know that if Hillary Clinton were talking to some guy with a Muslim name, the GOP would be screaming from the rafters to have every name mentioned by either party unmasked.
There is so much hypocrisy on both sides, and I’ll admit that my liberal ass probably wouldn’t approve of the surveillance techniques used here, but also: They are legal! Probably because of Republicans, and yet it is the Republicans who are fuming because they were was used on one of their own.
Donald Trump is making monsters of us all.
One guy who didn’t need any help in becoming a monster is Mike Cernovich. He actually broke the story before Bloomberg and NBC, but nobody believes Mike Cernovich because he’s the guy who promulgated the Pizzagate conspiracy. He is a loon, but he is a loon that those in Trump’s orbit love. Take, for instance, Kellyanne Conway, who promoted a 60 Minutes interview with Cernovich yesterday.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump Jr. thinks that he should get a Pulitzer for breaking a non-story wide open.
Congrats to @Cernovich for breaking the #SusanRice story. In a long gone time of unbiased journalism he'd win the Pulitzer, but not today!

Just so you know, this is the guy that the White House and Donald Trump Jr. thinks should get a Pulitzer (Outrage warning):
I am not a guy who is all about discrediting the source, but in this case, it’s just too easy. The man is scum of the Earth.
But in Trump world, he deserves a Pulitzer.
