If the Kim Kardashian West-Donald Trump summit on prison reform didn’t make you want to dig a hole under your chair and live out the remainder of your days in America raising a litter of naked mole rats named Liberty, Justice and Forall — then perhaps learning that Dennis Rodman has just landed in Singapore to help out his two besties, Kim Jong Un and Donald Trump, with their historic summit will do the trick. Oh, and he’s being sponsored by a Potcoin, a cryptocurrency for professionals in the weed business. A year and a half ago, this might have sounded absurd, but it makes perfect sense in #thesetryingtimes.

Dennis gave the following statement (via CNN):

“To all Americans and the rest of the world I’m honored to call President Trump a friend. He’s one of the best negotiators of all time and I’m looking forward to him adding to his historic success at the Singapore Summit”

One point of clarification that makes this story slightly more palatable (like a rotten egg as opposed to a rotten egg covered in ants), is that Dennis wasn’t actually invited to join in on the summit and he’s not there in any official capacity. He’s there at his own behest, because he feels personally responsible for getting the ball rolling. Dennis traveled to North Korea last year, also on Potcoin’s dime (bag), and gifted Kim Jong Un (via his Minister of Sports) with a copy of The Art Of The Deal.

Dennis told TMZ that he doesn’t think Kim Jong Un even really knew who Donald Trump was before he read the book that he gave him. Dennis thinks that reading TAOTD not only gave Kim Jong Un insight into our own dear leader, it also helped him understand all Americans better. Yes, that means Donald Trump and Dennis Rodman are the only two people representing the American people to the leaders of North Korea. May God Or Whatever Have Mercy On Our Souls.
