I don’t know about you, but right now, schedules feel almost meaningless to me.

Don’t get me wrong, I have work that I need to (and mostly, successfully do) get done. But with every day often feeling like the last, and little to no variation in my schedule outside of when I decide to focus, there have definitely been days where I had trouble remembering the day of the week.

But Mondays. Mondays I remember. Because Monday night is the night we record.

It’s strange to me how much I (and honestly, all three of us) look forward to the recording sessions, as it’s gone from being a thing we do mostly for fun to one of our few regular opportunities to connect outside of our homes.

I feel lucky that we’ve been able to keep at least this one thing going with as much relative normalcy as possible.

(Plus, the drinking helps.)

Anyway, on to this week’s show!

- We open with a brief discussion about what shows, new or old, are serving as comfort food TV right now! Fun fact: one of us mostly used that time to talk about movies, despite the fact that this is not a movie podcast, Dustin.

- There is still some discussion of new television that at least some of us have seen, such as Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, or Deadwater Fell.

- There is still some discussion of old television that at least some of us have seen, such as Superstore or Westworld.

- This only comes up briefly, and we are not a podcast podcast, but did you know Quibi sent a cease & desist letter to a podcast that was trying to cover them in a positive fashion? As it turns out, that may not have been the best approach.

- And of course, a game related to the upcoming Parks & Recreation episode that may reveal some of the terrifying prophecies the dark wizard Michael Schur made back in 2015!

As always, you can enjoy the show pretty much wherever you get podcasts, or if you want to directly download the show, you can do so right here.
