So, funny story.
While we were recording this week’s episode, Dustin’s dog (who shall remain nameless) began whining to go outside, even though she had JUST gone outside. So Dustin decided that he was going to take her outside and when he did, she immediately managed to cause network connectivity problems for everyone by digging up some fibers of an optical nature, basically what I’m saying is the dog ate my homework but unlike the other times, THIS time it’s totally true, I swear.
Real answer: we had some technical issues recording this week, which means that sadly, you won’t get to hear us talk about things like:
- Upload on Amazon Prime (Dustin mostly liked what he saw so far, while Dan was wondering whether he actually liked it, despite watching the entire season in two days)!
- Run on HBO (everyone mostly wonders if they should keep going, or if we’d uncovered what Roxana was talking about in her review which you should definitely go read if you haven’t already)!
- Our terrifying predictions of what Labor of Love is like, which Tori may or may not have made up the way Dustin makes up the plot of Riverdale every week!
- A game that Dan may or may not have hastily designed an hour before the show!
But what you will get to hear are exciting discussions of shows like:
Defending Jacob, the new Apple TV+ show that Dustin declares is “the best Apple TV + show, except for The Morning Show, and oh I forgot about Mythic Quest!”
And because it’s the last time we’ll have get to do so for the next two years, we talk about the Westworld season finale until the internet quit on us!
Anyway, we’ll be back next week with what is hopefully a better episode!
If nothing else, it will certainly be longer.
NOTE: This sentence serves as your contractually obligated reminder that Podjiba can be heard on just about any of your favorite podcast providers, and if it isn’t, it probably means we haven’t heard of it but you should tell us so we can make sure it’s there.
