Before you begin listening to this week’s episode of Podjiba, a warning and an apology: I was almost (but not quite) done with whatever bug decided to make my all my weekend plans revolve around trips between my couch and my bed, so the voice you hear may not be as “soothing” or “sleep-inducing” or “seriously your voice makes me want to go to sleep, but don’t take it the wrong way I mean it as a compliment” as a normal episode.

Despite these setbacks, we are still here for your entertainment! Dustin finally agreed to catch us up once again on Riverdale! Although why he refuses to speak upon his favorite show, Manifest, remains a mystery worthy of, well, Riverdale.

Then, we turn our attention toward all the music shows that happened to premiere and/or return this weekend, including Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (which two of your three hosts are correct about), as well as the dual new Hulu offerings: Utopia Falls (the first ever Sci-Fi Hip-Hop television series), and of course, High Fidelity.

The High Fidelity discussion also led Dustin to a number of emotional breakthroughs, which, you know, good for him. He also revealed the fun truth behind how High Fidelity (the movie and the book) is intertwined with the very creation of the site! But, you know, you have to listen to find out.

Finally, we end as always with a game, which may just be the first ever Marc Evan Jackson-themed game, because Tori demanded it, which you already know, because you definitely listened last week, right?

As always, the show can be found pretty much wherever podcasts are available, and it’s embedded below. And for those of you who prefer a direct download link, please click here.

Basically, we really want you to listen.
