When I heard the news that Donald Trump is set to record an episode of Joe Rogan’s podcast on Friday, my first thought is that I could’ve sworn Rogan said he’d never have Trump on the show because he doesn’t want to help him. And he did. He used those exact words in 2022. However, I forgot that Rogan started changing his tune in August 2023 when he revealed that he’d love to talk about — sigh — the “Deep State” with Trump. Well, it looks he’s about to get that chance provided Trump doesn’t cancel, which is a very possible reality. The guy’s bailing on everything. As for how this interview will go, I honestly don’t know. I am not a Joe Rogan fan by any means, but I can very easily see a situation where the undeniably broken state of Trump’s brain is on full display over the course of three unedited hours. (Politico)
