Sylvester Stallone had a whole lot to say while stopping by The Tonight Show on Friday. Not only did he reveal that he missed a chance to film a Barbie cameo because of scheduling conflicts with Tulsa King but he knows who would be the perfect actor to take over Rambo: Ryan Gosling. The two bonded over dinner, and that was enough to seal the deal. If it actually happens, that will make two ’80s franchises that Gosling brought back to life starting with this year’s The Fall Guy. Stallone also reminisced about hiring Carl Weathers for Rocky, and I cannot recommend the anecdote enough. (The Wrap)

Definitely pick that fight, buddy. This will go great for you. (Mediaite)

We’re getting a sequel to Prey, which is quite possibly the best Predator movie in the whole franchise. It’s neck and neck with the original. (The Mary Sue)

Carmelpie loves urban fantasy and Vancouver, so Jes Battis’ The Winter Night intrigued her. “The idea that legends live and work…and generally go about living their lives in tiny apartments and secret clubs with elven bartenders is fascinating to me.” Is there a city you love as a setting?
