Imagine you accidentally texted Lin-Manuel Miranda, and that text was a shirtless pic of Kylo Ren. Some lucky bastard is living that dream. (Twitter)

Paul Ryan is an incompetent hack. The GOP tax bill will get a re-vote tomorrow because Ryan didn’t follow the proper procedure. Maybe if he watched more Schoolhouse Rock and read less Atlas Shrugged, he would be better at his job and wouldn’t be such a bastard. (WaPo)

McDonald’s is launching a vegan burger, and I would legit eat this. It’s been tested in Sweden and Finland, and the feedback is positive. The article also says that nearly 10% of all new food items that were introduced this year in Sweden were vegan. That’s awesome! Should we get TK to do another McDonald’s run? I’m sure he’d reeeeeeally appreciate that. (CNN)

Today Alison from Ask A Manager posted a blog about her experience working for a serial sexual harasser. I’m not shocked how many awful men are being outed. I’m not shocked how typical this experience is. I’m not shocked at the extend to which these men were protected. What I am surprised by is how much pushback Alison experienced whilst trying to implement new policies. She did so in a calm, rational manner, and yet all of her suggestions were rebuffed. What a huge battle we still have to fight. Implementing common sense policies in the workplace should be easier than this, no? (Ask A Manager)

This is a very sweet story about a priest who came out as gay to his church and got a standing ovation from the pews. Sometimes humans are good. Even when they are from Wisconsin. (MSN)

Facebook is getting a snooze button that will allow you to mute a person for 30 days. This is great for all of us sick to death of the repetitive vaguebooking, wedding photos, baby photos (how dare you), food photos (HOW. DARE. YOU), and cat posts (MONSTER!). (Celebitchy)

Daisy Ridley is a beautiful land mermaid, so there is no reason why Glamour made her look like this. (GFY)

What’s that? An internal FCC memo debunks a Republican talking point regarding net neutrality? I am shocked. Shocked. (Motherboard)

When I first saw this story on Twitter, I immediately assumed that it was a piece from The Onion. I mean, what kind of people would glue spikes on trees to prevent birds from sitting on branches? Rich assholes, that’s who. (Boing Boing)

Brad Pitt is on the dating scene. I can’t even imagine how awkward those first dates must be. (Dlisted)

An Israeli designer, Inbal Dror, was approached by The Firm to pitch a design for Meghan Markle’s wedding gown. I’m unimpressed by the sketches. (Lainey Gossip)

What do you know about America’s first documented serial killer? Native Texan, Halbs was surprised to find out that the serial killer operated in Austin. Skip Hollandsworth’s The Midnight Assassin is as much about how Austin changed as it is about the killer and his crimes. "In the mid-1880s he killed at least five women in Austin, totally changing the mood and even the landscape of Texas’ little capitol city." (Cannonball Read 9)
