Jennifer Lawrence interviews Emma Stone, and Jennifer Lawrence is really bad at interviewing. (Lainey)
Jesus, Dane Cook. Even after all of these years, you are still the worst. (Dlisted)
The day after being suspended by Twitter for a week (and being pulled from Periscope), the FCC has shut down Alex Jones’ flagship radio station in Texas. However, before you even think “censorship” or “First Amendment” (because that might actually apply here to a government action), it was for … illegally transmitting without a license. Ha! Get your shit together, Jones. (The Hill)
Of all of Omarosa’s revelations, this one is definitely the grossest. Ew. (Celebitchy)
An SNL featured player has been fired. Don’t worry. You probably don’t remember who he is. I barely remember him, and I cover the show. (Uproxx)
Priyanka’s rock is goddamn gigantic. Two months salary for Nick Jonas is a lot. (LG)
Sarah Sanders announced this afternoon that Donald Trump has revoked security clearances for former CIA director John Brennan. (Wonkette)
And if you’re wondering why, it’s because of the Russia investigation (is this a form of obstruction)?
Here's a separate, more significant story out of Trump's WSJ interview: Trump said, according to WSJ, that he acted against Brennan in part because Brennan was involved in the Russia investigation. https://t.co/kP8ZZWO2oW pic.twitter.com/h7pt0Xy7RN

I mean, it is a form of obstruction if it discourages/chills other members of the intelligence community from investigating Trump out of fear for their jobs, right?
General Michael Hayden on CNN: "The W.H. just messaged the entire American Intelligence Community: if you stand up and say things that upset the president … he will punish you. And that is a horrible message to be sending to folks who are there to tell you objective truth."

Also, yes, Trump gave an interview to the Wall Street Journal tonight, in which he said absolutely nothing that we’ve not already heard dozens of times. It is good to know, however, that he’s consistent about one thing: His insecurity/narcissism.
Best part of the WSJ story: "Several times Mr. Trump interrupted the conversation to summon aides to the Oval Office to share charts showing his endorsement record and to discuss the size of his following on social media."

If you have not yet read this profile on Kellyanne Conway and her husband George (who hates Trump), it is absolutely divine. Kellyanne is the worst but George? I don’t mind him. (WashPo)
Here’s the best part, FYI, where Kellyanne Kellyannes her husband.

That Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner divorce, which began three years ago … is still going. And they might have to start all over. (Jezebel)
Here’s another much-needed reminder of how fantastic Making It is. It has become my family’s late summer show. (Shakesville)
Out in Indiana, a high school is threatening to fire its counselor of 15 years because … she married a woman. This is infuriating (Hat Tip: Katy). (WTHR)
CBR10Bingo inspired Jake to sign up for Cannonball Read. To fulfill the category of ‘White Whale’ (a book you’ve been meaning to read) he chose Simon Kuper’s Ajax, The Dutch, The War. Kuper examines Holland’s treatment of its Jewish population during WWII through the lens of soccer. "Kuper is out to bust myths and perhaps the biggest one is that the Dutch were friendly and protective to Jews." What book would you consider your White Whale? (Cannonball Read 10)
The Infinity Wars Honest Trailer is one of their best works in a while!
