The early buzz coming out of The Super Mario Bros. Movie is that Jack Black absolutely steals the show as Bowser, which makes sense because Jack Black rules and Chris Pratt is a milquetoast focus-group nard full of Jesus juice. Case in point: Both were asked about paying for Twitter Blue at the Mario premiere, and Black wasn’t having it. He literally dared Elon Musk to take his blue check away. Pratt, on the other hand, said he “cares deeply” about his followers and will do “whatever I have to do to stay a part of their lives because I respect their attention and I love to use it as an opportunity to talk to them when I’m doing movies and stuff.” Read: Somebody got their right-wing marching orders, and those orders say do not question Elon.
