Back in January, Dustin wrote about Lily Allen pausing her podcast as rumors picked up that David Harbour was cheating on her. Well, now we know with who! Harbour has purportedly been seeing 27-year-old model Ellie Fallon since at least October. Allen reportedly figured things out when Fallon posted a not-very-subtle photo on Instagram.
