OK. Stick with me here. Buzzfeed’s Anne Helen Petersen, who is great, wrote a piece about Armie Hammer, which basically lumped him in with mediocre white dudes who continue to get chance after chance because they’re tall and handsome and white (I don’t necessarily agree with the assessment where it concerns Hammer, but bygones). Armie Hammer, who probably shouldn’t be replying to celebrity profiles, called Peterson’s piece “bitter AF.” It wasn’t Hammer’s best look, but again, bygones. Getting a little bent out of shape about a celebrity profile seems totally human, but actors aren’t really allowed to be human on social media. Anyway, he deleted his Twitter account in the wake of all that, probably surmising that it’s just not his thing. Which is fine.
What pisses me off, actually, was a THR reporter getting his hackles up for no good goddamn reason, as he is neither Armie Hammer nor Anne Helen Petersen:
Awful, just awful. The worst that the internet has to offer. https://t.co/bAycm337OF— Seth Abramovitch (@SethAbramovitch) November 27, 2017
Really? The worst? REALLY?
also whether or not you agree with analyzing star images instead of interviewing them (two different sorts of approaches, both important) it's by no means the worst the internet has to offer— Anne Helen Petersen (@annehelen) November 27, 2017
Greeeeeat timing Helen, as he’s about to get his first Oscar nomination. You’re a bad rash on this profession. Find a new one.— Seth Abramovitch (@SethAbramovitch) November 27, 2017
So no one who's under consideration for Oscar nominations should have their careers and interviews analyzed or fact checked?— Anne Helen Petersen (@annehelen) November 27, 2017
Yours def should be— Seth Abramovitch (@SethAbramovitch) November 27, 2017
Well, now who is “bitter AF.” What a shitty, uncalled for attack on a fellow journalist. Over what? OVER WHAT? What a sack of moldy giblets.
Sorry. Let’s get back to what matters. As we all know by now, Prince Harry and Meg (She probably HATES being called Meg.) announced their engagement today. What a great excuse to look back at royal engagement pictures of yore! - (GFY)

A person named “Stassi” from a show called “Vanderpump Rules” has a podcast and on it she said some stupid shit about the #metoo campaign. Really stupid shit. Like, such stupid shit that advertisers dropped her ass and she had to apologize. - (Celebitchy)
Remember the grandma who accidentally texted a stranger and invited him for Thanksgiving dinner…and he went? He was invited back again this year… and he went! - (Complex)

Morrissey has never been sexually harassed, so therefore, it’s obviously not real and all the whiny womenz need to hush. It’s just attempts at courting gone awry, sillies! I never liked that asshole. - (Dlisted)
I am in AWE of this woman who makes teeny tiny furniture and decorations for dollhouses. The detail is astounding. - (Bored Panda)
